My Story
Someone once told me that I had a track record of reinventing myself. I wasn’t sure at the time whether they meant it as a compliment – after all, I didn’t know them well. But it absolutely is. My ability to adapt across different environments and work through challenges alongside curious, questioning leaders has been invaluable to my growth, and it’s central to how I can support you.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me exploring ‘God’s Own Country’ (that’s North Yorkshire for the uninitiated) with my family and our menagerie of horses and dogs. Working with horses has taught me so much. You simply can’t force them – they’ll always win on strength. You have to earn their respect and trust. It’s remarkably similar to working with teams, except we often default to force rather than trust. I’ve learnt there’s a better way.
When I’m not chasing that adrenaline rush, I swing to the opposite end of the spectrum and lose myself in the creativity of leatherworking.
So, as you can see, I’m comfortable reinventing myself – and I’d love to help you do the same.
